Provides information, directions, and additional assistance to passengers and the public through the use of oral directions following departmental policies and procedures in order to facilitate the smooth flow of passenger traffic and enhance the passenger/public experience.

Supervises staff and volunteers to include setting work schedules, approving leave, and handling disciplinary issues in order to ensure that the customer service needs of Airport patrons and the public are met.
